Brain Fog

Some individuals experience issues with concentration, memory, and cognitive processing speed. This “brain fog” can make everyday tasks and decision-making more challenging.

Depression

Chronic fatigue and hormonal imbalance may contribute to feelings of hopelessness or sadness. The physical symptoms of adrenal fatigue, such as low energy or disrupted sleep, can further exacerbate depressive symptoms.
