Holistic coaching and/or psychotherapy is a therapeutic approach that looks at the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—rather than just focusing on symptoms. It combines traditional talk therapy with a variety of techniques to help individuals heal and grow. By acknowledging all aspects of a person’s life, a holistic approach aims to create a deeper understanding of themselves, leading to a more balanced and fulfilling life.

My name is Dena Bradford, MA
I am a psychotherapy student, healthcare executive, and medicine woman.

A near-death health experience in my 30s prompted me to shift from a traditional industrialized healthcare philosophy in search of a deeper meaning to life, a stronger connection to God, and embracing balance at the intersection of the mind, body, brain and spirit for healing. I've learned a lot on this path, and I look forward to sharing this knowledge.
