FUN FACTS
01
I'm an Army Veteran. My job was working with missile systems for the 3rd Infantry Division. My husband is also military, and a first responder.
02
I once flew in a stunt plane on a dare because I was afraid to look scared if I said no. It turned out to be an amazing experience, once I got past my terror and opened my eyes.
03
I have been given the rites as a Paq'o, or healer, in the Andean mystical tradition. This is an ancient system of energy healing passed down from the Incas. I learned that sometimes you have to go beyond words to navigate trauma.
04
My favorite song is Toby Mac's "Just Need You". I find the song inspirational and uplifting in the everyday, but especially in times of struggle as a reminder to keep both faith & hope.
05
I believe there is a need for healing that goes beyond language & addresses the brain, the mind, the body and the spirit. Until we can navigate the wounds of mind and spirit -- we can not heal the broken parts of ourselves.

Feel. Good.
My Style
My style is approachable, attuned, and non-judgmental, incorporating research-backed modalities through the lens of psychoneuroimmunology that makes practical self-empowerment feel accessible and good.
