Relaxing Bath Soak Recipe
Get Ready:
1 cup magnesium chloride flakes (for relaxation, to relieve muscle tension and soreness, and to improve skin hydration).
1 tbsp vitamin C powder (helps to improve hydration, reduce dryness, and calm irritation ).
1 tsp omega-3 oil (plant-based for silky skin).
12 drops essential oils (lavender, cedarwood, or whatever your favorite is).
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Store in an airtight container.
When ready to use, dissolve 1 cup of your soak mix into a warm bath.
Relax for 15–30 minutes, and enjoy a little magic.
